1. Consultation Process : Prior to the creation of a customized fragrance, a consultation session is mandatory. This session will involve discussions regarding scent preferences, desired notes, and any specific inspirations the client may have. It is essential for clients to provide accurate information to facilitate the creation of a fragrance that aligns with their expectations.

2. Ingredient Selection : The selection of ingredients is a critical aspect of the perfume-making process. It is important to note that certain ingredients may be subject to availability, and substitutions may occur based on sourcing constraints. Clients will be informed of any changes prior to the final formulation.

3. Formulation and Testing : Once the ingredients are selected, the formulation process will begin. Clients may receive samples of the fragrance for testing. 7. Refund and Exchange Policy : Due to the personalized nature of customized perfumes, refunds and exchanges are not permitted once the final formulation has been approved. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly test samples before final approval to ensure satisfaction with the final product.

8. Intellectual Property : All formulations created during the customized perfume-making process remain the intellectual property of the perfumer. Clients may not replicate or distribute the fragrance without explicit permission.
